Looking for a gentle way to build a journaling habit and spend intentional time focusing on yourself? A 12-week Journal Club starts this Friday, February 13 from 1:00-2:30.

Facilitated by author Savannah Busnelli, an educator, counselor, and professional life coach, this book/journal club will use Unconditional You: A Journey to Self-Love to guide reflection, encourage personal growth, and create space for meaningful conversation in a supportive group setting. Each gathering includes guided journaling and simple action steps to help you reconnect with yourself and grow at your own pace.

A men's or women's mastermind group is a small group where members provide mutual support, brainstorming and accountability to help each other achieve their personal goals. In our Mastermind meetings, we set our intentions for the month and explore ideas through the lens of Unity's metaphysical principles. We share experiences, learn from each other and develop strategies for success together.

The men’s group will meet in the Unity Café and the women’s group will meet in the sanctuary. Join us for a discussion of powerful spiritual techniques. You'll be glad you did!

TACKLE hunger in our area and show your community some love! Donate your favorite canned soups or THROW cash in the soup pot. Help us reach our GOAL of 100 cans of soup by the Annual Meeting this Sunday, February 15. Our TEAM can make a difference!
